8.0Muy buena ubicación. Muy agradable la terraza Encontré lo que necesitaba Buen mantenimiento y limpieza de las zonas comunes
− Algunos pequeños desperfectos que podrían haberse arreglado y que los cito a fin de mejorar. No de incorporar a comentarios: La manilla de acceso de la cocina a la terraza está casi rota La manilla de un cajón de la cocina caida El mando del garaje o no abre la puerta desde la calle o no tiene la pila en condiciones Los cristales de los velux muy sucios de excrementos de gaviota.

− El sofá estaba un poco hundido y los colchones son mejorables. Estaría bien que dejaran en el frigorífico al menos algo de agua y hubiera cafetera de cápsulas

10.0No podemos decir nada negativo. Las vistas espectaculares. La propietaria muy atenta y flexible con los horarios. El apartamento estaba impecable. Volveremos segurísimo.
