4.0Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Altstadt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (10 Minuten).
− Leider war die Wohnung zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht bezugsfertig. Ausserdem war die Reinigung unzureichend und es gab Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil sehr abgenutzt und defekt. Genügend Besteck war auch nicht vorhanden. Des Weiteren gab es in der gesamten Wohnung keine Möglichkeit Handtücher, Jacken oder ähnliches aufzuhängen.

− Mieszkanie nosi ślady użytkowania.Kanapa jest fatalna i wysłużona.Niewygodna.Meble na tarasie również wysłużone,wokół apartamentu panuje nieład,budynek wydaje się nowy ale dookoła wygląda na zaniedbany.

9.0Duży i wygodny apartament w spokojnej części Arco, dojście do rynku zajmowało nam około 15 minut. W mieszkaniu wszystko co niezbędne, działała klimatyzacja. Dobra opcja dla kilku osób na pobyt w tej okolicy. Dodatkowy plus za parking.
− Podwórko i teren przy domu był dość zaniedbany, a wręcz zaśmiecony.
