6.0− Une nuit à 400€ Lors du week-end de Spa Francorchamps Week-end de canicule en Belgique Nous rentrons dans le studio. Les tentures grandes ouvertes, le soleil face aux fenêtres. Aucun ventilateur prévu Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes…aucun drap sur le canapé pour mon fils alors que je l’avais demandé par téléphone Nous avons dû nous déplacer pour récupérer les draps et le ventilateur soit dit en passant..inefficace Nous sommes très déçus par cet accueil et ce manque de prévenance

− The unnamed nondescript property was difficult for a stranger to find. Even a local was unsure which property it was when asked. I suggest the owner provides a sketched map. The property itself was 'functional'.

Very dubious payment system - scam/ tax evasion?
5.0Great location. Quiet and central and it was clean.
− The owners were unbelievably rude. I had to pay upfront by bank transfer (despite the conditions on booking.com) in order to get the access codes. They said they “didn’t have a card machine”. They cancelled the booking on this platform while we were on our way because we hadn’t “paid by credit card”. They then said this was a mistake but the property was not available at the time advertised on booking.com. When I asked to have access at the time on the site (14:30) they replied “do you want to clean it yourself?” And simply didn’t send us the access codes. None of the facilities including breakfast are actually at the property but some distance away. They don’t provide even the basics like a shower mat or hand soap for the toilet.. so be prepared.

8.0Perfecte ligging. De studio was lekker warm en had een zeer goed bed.
− Er was nergens een kapstok om je jas weg te hangen, terwijl er voldoende ruimte hiervoor was. Zelfs in de badkamer geen enkel haakje voor je handdoek.ook slechts 1 middelgrote handdoek per persoon voorzien, wat weinig.

− Le manque de crochets ou supports porte serviettes dans la salle de bain qui serait un plus.
