1.0The location was good.
− The apartment did not meet my expectations at all. There were no windows that could be opened. In my opinion, the room felt more like a utility or storage room that had been converted into tourist accommodation simply to make money. It felt as if I had been placed in a basement. The bed linen was covered with someone else's hair. The bed had no legs and was placed directly on the floor, and the fabric covering the bed frame was very dirty. During the night it rained, and water leaked through the skylight directly onto the bed, so I was unable to sleep. The room was damp, had a bad smell, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The shower area in the bathroom was full of mold, dirty, and the wall tiles were covered with mold. The bathroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The floor had not been cleaned. The toilet seat was loose and not properly attached, so I had to be careful not to fall off the toilet. The textiles were old and worn out. I am allergic to mold and dampness, and my cough became worse during my stay. This apartment should definitely not be offered as accommodation to guests. I was extremely disappointed with this property. The photos on the booking page were very attractive but completely concealed the property's actual condition and its serious hidden defects. I am .requesting a full (100%) refund.
