− Some SMALL things could be updated like the kitchenware but it made no difference to us we loved everything about this stay.

7.0Das Haus steht in einer sehr schönen, bewachten Wohnanlage. Der Parkplatz ist nicht am Haus, aber auf einem inneren Parkplatz im Gelände. Alles Fußläufig zu erreichen, Strand 5 Minuten, Zentrum 10 Minuten. Das Haus selbst wäre auch gut gewesen, aber ,,,,,, und somit begannen die Probleme.
− Das größte Problem war der Check In, weil es den überhaupt nicht gab. Am Morgen gab es eine Nachricht über Booking, ab wann Check in und ........ das hierfür Laura zuständig ist? Wir kahmen an und zufällig war das Tor zum Parkplatz offen. Da kahm aber auch schon ein Herr der Security, mit Fragen, wer wir sind und was wir da wollen. Er hat dann aber versucht uns mit Google Übersetzer bestmöglich zu helfen und unsere Koffer mit zum Haus zu bringen, und ..... das nächste Problem, er kennt natürlich den Code zum Schlüsseltresor nicht. Wieder mit Google hab ich ihm erklärt, er muss Laura anrufen und so haben wir dann endlich den Code vom Tresor bekommen. Das geht nicht, normal bekommt man am Morgen der Anreise den Code zum Schlüsseltresor und einige Informationen, der Rest erledigt sich von allein oder es ist jemand vor Ort. Und das nächste Problem. Endlich im Haus, im Untergeschoß, Küche, Wohnzimmer, viele Lampen defekt, ziemlich Dunkel alles. Ich habe dann Lampen von oben nach unten ausgetauscht und auch noch die Bettlampen nach unten stellen müssen. Kurz gesagt, das Haus ist schön, aber die Betreuung ganz schlecht.
