9.0Tolles DG-App. Top ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Grandioser Ausblick von der Dachterasse. Klimaanlage. Zu Fuß 10-15 min. zur Stadtmitte. Ital. Trattoria ganz in der Nähe. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind irgendwie immer zu finden. Unsere eines waren sicher im Hinterhof.
− Es sind halt doch über 70 Treppen, weiß man aber vorher. Einzig Töpfe könnten noch einige mehr sein.

8.0Gute Lage des Appartements, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird
− In das Bett zu kommen ist ein bisschen mühsam, da es nur vom Fussende aus zu erreichen ist ( eingebaut in eine Dachgaube). Bett selbst ist tadellos In die Dusche zu kommen ist als älterer Mensch schon sehr schwierig, da der Öffnungsbereich der Türen überaus schmal ist. Man kann sich nur seitlich reinquälen ( unverständlich da das Bad recht groß ist.
Empfehlenswert.
10.0Sehr gute Lage, zentrumsnah, aber ruhig. Toller Blick über Jena. Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz. Prima Beschreibung für den Schlüsselzugang. Parkplatz in der Umgebung gut vorhanden.

9.0Tolle ruhige Lage, nur 15 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Alle notwendige Ausstattung vorhanden. Super Kommunikation mit Vermietern.
− Doppelbett sehr weich, ist aber persönliche Geschmackssache.

− Que no tenga ascensor, pero es lo minimo! Podrían dejar bolsas de basura para mejor limpieza por parte del usuario

6.0Die Lage ist zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, wandern, Familientreffen super! Schön warm, da Elektrokamin.
− Matratzen zu weich, Müllsortierungsschrank defekt, Geruch im Bad, Schublade im Bad aufgequollen, Gläser für normal große Leute zu hoch einsortiert.
