5.0Accommodation policy is too strict. The heating system was out of order, and was repaired late night. The towels are too old. It seems like the apartment is not managed well.

− they do not issue invoices and booking.com does not provide any help in this matter. also they charge 300 TRY for every wash in the washing machine even though they do not provide this information on the booking.com website
Good comfy apartment, as described
8.0Very comfy apartment with two separate bedrooms, a nice kitchen and comfy sitting room with a nice sofa so we could sit around in the evenings. It looks just like the photos and is very good value for money. It's a good location, not in the centre of town but not a long walk from things.
− Two weird things about it - firstly it was incredibly difficult to work out how to get inside and find the keys, it took us ages. Secondly we were warned not to turn the heaters off because there was a fault with the electrics and apparently it would have been dangerous. It was STIFLING which is hilarious because Kars is so cold. We had to keep opening the windows to keep the place cool enough to be able to live in. This probably isn't a long term fault but it was bizarre!
Nice stay
7.0The apartment was very clean, well furnished and nice, in a good position (15 min from the city center). Beds were comfortable.
− We were six people but we had two single beds, one double bed and one sofa good for one person. The host gave us a mattress to put on the ground, but we have paid for six beds, so this is a bad thing.
Superb
9.0This apartment was not available during our stay, but Talha arranged for us to stay in another one. The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious, within walking distance to all attractions in Kars. During the day, we had some problems with parking nearby, but in the evening, parking spaces are freed up and we could park the car in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
− Restaurant on the ground floor, where they played very loud music until 11 pm.
