4.0Die Begrüssung war nett und das Appartement wurde uns kurz gezeigt; wir konnten unkompliziert die Waschmaschine und den Trockner nutzen
− TV hat nicht funktioniert, WLAN fiel zeitweise aus, Sofabett war unbequem. Lage war nicht so toll wie erwartet: im Park davor halten sich Tag und Nacht sehr zwielichtige Figuren und Drogendealer auf, sodass wir uns dort mit den Kindern nicht wirklich wohl fühlten; Ausstattung war nicht so toll wie erwartet bzw. sehr minimalistisch z.B. wussten wir nicht wohin mit dem Abfall, auch in der Toilette gab es keinen Abfall; Geschirrtuch für Küche habe ich auch nicht gefunden; aus meiner Sicht stimmt Preis/Leistung aufgrund der Lage nicht

10.0Central location yet a quite street along the lovely green city park. Good air conditioning (!) which was absolutely necessary due to the very hot weather. Clean and well-equipped new apartment, comfy bed and sofa. Private parking spot was a big plus.
