7.0Gute Lage, großräumig, Bad neu, großzügig gestaltete Schränke für die Kleidung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vor Ort. Mit etwas Glück findet man einen Parkplatz (Wohngebiet!) -jedoch ist zu beachten, dass teilweise ein Bordstein zu überwinden ist (nicht für jedes Auto geeignet!)
− Obwohl vorgewarnt: Das Bett ist ein Futon und somit extrem flach-aber wenigstens echt bequem. Desgleichen der Fernseher: Stylisch aber kompliziert. An der Decke schauen Kabel heraus, da die Leuchte nicht montiert ist und die Kabel der Fernseher liegen rückwärtig im Raum. Es fehlen Rauchwarnmelder, die Jalousien sind teilweise defekt. Leider war bei meinem Einzug in der Kaffeemaschine noch der Filter der Vorgänger und der Couchtisch nicht sauber (untere Ebene mit Krümel versehen). Zudem fehlt das „Wohlfühlklima“, wirkt alles ein wenig lieblos (extrem pur)

− Tv , radio where old and did not work. TV esp needs updating. Sofa is cracking and needs a new cover Windows in roof would not stay open making it very warm inside Wifi did not work at all. This appartment is priced in the high end but is worn and dated. For the price it needs to be better equipt.
