Good value for the size
6.0It was good value for such a large 4 bedroom property and could comfortably accommodate a large family. Walking distance to amenities like supermarkets and there are also lots of great restaurants on nearby Newlands Avenue.
− This property has clearly been a student rental, so fixtures and furnishings are functional and basic. It feels like it needs some tender love and care, both inside and out, for example:.the grass in the front garden was knee-high. Overall, though, it's priced appropriately and would be good value for a large family or group.
a decent place to stay if travelling for work
7.0nice big rooms and kitchen facility, close to the main road
− there was no toilet roll or hand towel. the wifi that was written down didn’t come up on any of my devices so was unable to connect. the neighbours played loud music and were jumping to it so there was a lot of banging, but it wasn’t that late so it was okay.
