Comfortable flat, warm but tv didn’t work and WiFi very poor signal.

− We would have appreciated a pint of milk in the fridge and for the tv to have worked. The WiFi signal was poor. And second bed was not a full sized double.

− we could not light the wood burner, none of us had experience. our own fault for not asking the staff earlier on.
The above sounds very moaney but all in all we had a very enjoyable stay , with a bit of tweaking it
7.0Very comfortable , warm , great location. Comfy beds and sitting room
− We had declared arrival at 3-4pm , I rang at 4.45 to say that we were running late. On arrival there was no message and reception was closed. Another guest helped us enter. We did receive a messsage with the key code but that only landed at 08.55 the next morning. It wasn't a problem but more by luck than judgement. Pantry needed cleaning , light bulbs needed replacing , kitchen self catering equipment needed supplementing.
