− Nurodyta, kad yra automobilio parkavimo vieta, tačiau nepaminėta, jog nurodoma automobilio parkavimo vieta yra mokamoje stovėjimo zonoje, todėl kasdien nuo 8:00 iki 22:00 yra privaloma papildomai mokėti dar ir už automobilio parkavimo vietą (2 Eur/val). Prie namo net ir mokamų stovėjimo vietų yra ne daug, todėl gali būti sunkiau gauti laisvą vietą automobilio parkavimui. Butas yra aukštai, todėl gali būti sunku lipti laiptais.

− Gan aukstai lipti, lifto nera, teko papluseti uzsinesant daiktus. Velgi, truko siek tiek vietos pasideti daiktus. Buvom 4se, tad sakyciau komfotrabilu butu porai.
