1.0− Nakon što sam potvrdila rezervaciju i dobila potvrdu od Bookinga, vlasnik mi je javio da ne izdaje smještaj na jednu noć i insistirao da ja otkažem, iako je greška očigledno na njihovoj strani. Umjesto da preuzmu odgovornost i sami otkažu, pokušali su prenijeti obavezu na mene.
