Nice apt for one night stay
7.0Top floor studio apt, nice views. Clean. Washer/dryer a bonus. Well-equipped small kitchen. Management company gave clear instructions on accessing the apartment.
− Could not figure out how to open the floor to ceiling glass panels on the balcony railing to get fresh air in. No instructions found anywhere for that or for opening the fixed blinds on the inside windows. Fine for a night’s stay for solo traveler but wouldn’t be very comfortable for multiple nights.

10.0Ich hatte ein paar tolle Tage in Oulu. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig. Bequemes Bett, unkomplizierter Check-in. Der Blick und die Lage in der Innenstadt ist sagenhaft, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man täglich braucht.
− Auf dem Balkon war es hinter den Glasscheiben bei Sonnenschein extrem heiß. Im Winter sicherlich perfekt… Die dezentrale Lüftungsanlage war mir zu laut.

10.0Siisti ja rauhallinen. Yksinkertainen, mutta tarvittava varustus. Positiivinen yllätys,että huoneistosta löytyi kahvia ja suodatinpussit.
OK for one night
7.0The appartment was just fine. Has a nice view.
− I didn’t expected the bed to be so close to the kitchen. And during the night the extractor fan made a loud noise. All facilities are available and yes it was clean etc, but still it felt a bit off. Just practical and not a cozy appartment. Also they forgot to communicate our early arrival to the cleaning lady, as she was still there When we arrived.
