9.0the location of the place was perfect. It was right by the water park where we were going to. it was an extremely clean, very beautiful spot, and the price was great. will definitely stay again.
− there was a communication error with booking and the casa merliana. we were supposed to get an email with the combination code to get into our place, but it was never sent. Luckily, there was another family there who happened to have the owner contact, and everything was sorted out

8.0Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. De passage pour profiter d’Europapark et de Rulantica, nous étions à mi chemin entre les deux parcs. Des supermarchés et distributeurs de pizzas sont à proximité directe pour manger. Le quartier est calme. Au niveau de l’appartement, nous étions au dernier étage, le lit était confortable, il y a un petit frigo, tout le nécessaire de toilette, une télévision, un ventilateur…
− Vraiment dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation durant ces très fortes chaleurs. C’est le seul point négatif que vous avons relevé.

8.0Was clean, neat and tidy. Comfortable. Excellent location for rulantica. Nice outdoor space. Great parking.
− Communication was poor..slow to answer and then gave me the incorrect key code. We eventually got the right one 10 minutes before checkin time. We were told first floor but in fact were on the ground floor. Was told no kitchen but it had crockery, cutlery, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, mini hob, all of which were great but no washing up liquid or anywhere to wash up other than the bathroom sink. Also cleaners came into the room before we’d checked out.
