Charming historic building with a spacious, comfortable apartment
10.0Beautiful old building with big doors, quaint locks, and a tiny old-fashioned elevator that added so much character. The apartment was spacious with tall ceilings. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC was nice and cool, and the shutters on the windows darkened the room well. We loved it

Beautiful apartment, location, location, location!
10.0The location of this property was amazing! You could see the Colosseum out your windows, you could walk down the stairs and take a left, and there is an amazing spot for photos, you could walk downstairs and take a right and go to a park that had a beautiful view of the Colosseum plus you would find ruins just walking along the park, there are tons of beautiful sites you can walk to from the property. Luigi was an amazing host, met us at the property and helped with car transfers and recommended places to eat and go. He left us some groceries and champagne, which was a nice touch! The property was decorated beautifully and had a lot of comforts of home. I cannot say enough about this location, it was wonderful to be able to walk and explore and be in the center of so many amazing historical sites.We will definitely be back!

A magical stay in Rome!
9.0Luigi was a wonderful host! He communicated with us promptly and even met us at the property early in the morning when we arrived to store our luggage until check-in, and was very responsive to our questions during our stay. The apartment was lovely, clean, and well-stocked with snacks and treats. There was plenty of room for our family of six, and the colosseum views were incredible. We enjoyed walking for morning coffee and dinner in the surrounding neighborhood.
− The general area was louder than we expected, with people partying and playing music outdoors throughout the night. We tried our best to drown it out with white noise played on our phones. (This is not a reflection on the wonderful property itself; just something to note about the busy area near the colosseum).
