− El sofá no está en muy buen estado y falta una cortina o algo en la ducha, para que no se salga el agua.

8.0El apartamento está bien,nos gusto bastante, no muy grande pero cómodo al tener un poquito de exterior para cenar o desayunar
− Lo que no me gustó fueron algunos pequeños detalles que serían muy fáciles de mejorar, por ejemplo la mesa exterior está totalmente deteriorada y es difícil comer en ella, las sartenes bastante mal, alguna silla bastante vieja, con una mínima inversión mejoraría bastante, en general bien.
Calidad precio no estaba acorde.
7.0La ubicación de la urbanización y la piscina.
− La vivienda daba a la zona de la calle. Le hace falta mantenimiento de ciertas cosas que estaban mal y menaje.
