The bar and restaurant was a good atmosphere, the staff was friendly and welcoming

− When im arrived the receptionist had to realise the owner just let someone in to my booked apartment which has a balcony, she asked them kindly to move to the other apartment beacuse it was a misunderstanding which they refused. The next day i had to wait till around 6pm for them to leave and around an hour for cleaning. Finally i could move into the paid residence and had to realise: Breadcrumbs, quite a lot on the table, the floor was dusty, small stones, many different plant parts like wild wheat in many places....spider webs on the bedleg, corners, in the bathroom aswell...the handwashing sink was partly blocked and barely usable...i had to go to the reception where i found the owner and asked him to sort these things out while im out the whole day from the apartment because of long trip, told him i will not be there between 11am to 12am(midnight), they can go in, no problem for me at all just fix these things...what a surprise nothing happened...the next day i told to the receptionist the problems were not sorted on the previous day so im not happy and her answer was: she can not do anything with the owner, she is just an employee which i really understand, i have seen way too many employers who think they know everything better than anyone and this is how it works the last 20+ years amd they just simply does not handle anything, it is fine like this! Next topic: I booked an apartment, not a room with bathroom and balcony! The description said there is a washing machine in the kitchen but there is no kitchen and the washing machine is at the basement...the only table is a coffee table and no chair just a canape...2 appliance, a kettle and a refrigerator, no plate or cutlery just few mugs and glasses The seal around the bath tub is moldy as a cherry on top! My showering time is usually less than 5 mins but happened 2 times while i was using the water, it became ice cold and the hot water did not come back for minutes, no clue why, i did not touch the tap
