Absolutely perfect.
10.0The photos do not do the place justice. It actually looks a lot better in person. Location: Everything is within walking distance. 8 mins away on foot / 2 by car is a shell gas station, it has a small grocery store with essentials. Billa (grocery store) is just 2 minutes after that (on foot). Property: Super quiet neighborhood, green and beautiful. The kitchen is modern, has everything you might need. The dining room seats 6 people. The tv room has a nice comfy couch. (L shaped) Large smart TV (about 50” ), Netflix, Amazon prime enabled. Bedroom: has a nice closet, with ample storage space, and bedside drawer units. Bathroom is large and spacious, with decent water pressure. Standing walk-in shower is also quite spacious. Garden seating near entrance: 3 seater garden bench. A table, and some green space. With wooden parquet floors, the ambiance, and the stillness, and super helpful property manager, I never wanted to leave.
