7.0Nice remote location with car Parking, Pecs city is at 30 mins drive and its a beautiful drive. Checkin was smooth, the owner live downstairs and gave us a tour of the place. Its a spacious place for a family of 5-6. The owner was kind enough to let us know in advance that we can checkout at our convenience, no rush. Lastly, as soon we checked in the sink pipe was loose so water started coming out which I informed owner quickly and he was kind to come over, fixed it and cleaned the mess as well.
− AC is only available in living room, other 2 rooms have no AC and no ceiling Fan (just one small sized padestal) so if you are travelling in summer, be aware. Secondly, if you have kids then be careful, the owners live downstairs and are very sensitive to even a slight noise, walk carefully, otherwise you will receive a warning message from downstairs. Lastly, it seems the place was closed for long, there were many insects and spiderwebs around, it might be so because this place is in a country side with fields and trees all around so that might have contributed but sharing here so that if you or kids are scared of insects, spiders and their webs then decide accordingly.
