8.0Cercanía a la playa, tranquilidad, amabilidad y buena disposición de la propietaria. Buena relación calidad/precio.
El Albir nunca decepciona - El apartamento necesita actualización
9.0La ubicación y las vistas del apartamento son PERFECTAS.
− El apartamento tiene varias cosas que necesitan actualización: el aire acondicionado del salón desagua en una garrafa de agua que hay que ir cambiando. Los propios aires funcionan regular y enfrían lo justo. Los cajones de la cocina están todos descolgados. La entrada al baño está rota y tiene filos que cortan. En el baño no existe ni un solo colgador para toallas. El sofá del salón está pidiendo a gritos un cambio porque es incomodísimo y durísimo. Y como recomendación únicamente personal, vendría de lujo una cortina o persiana en la puerta de la terraza del salón. El precio del parking nos pareció algo excesivo (10 €/día) teniendo en cuenta que el coche duerme al descubierto.
