Great location and nice spacious apartment

− The only thing that was annoying when we were there was that the elevator by the door that we had a key to didn’t work for most of the stay and the door by the other elevators was closed a lot and we didn’t have a key for it which meant my husband had to walk around and go in to open the door for me and our 9 month old in the buggy. But it wasn’t an issue just more annoying

Apartamento confortável e bonito, limpo Piscina muito limpa Cama muito confortável e ar condicionado no quarto que é imprescindível

− Péssima comunicação da proprietária… tive de ser eu a pedir instruções para fazer check in, para saber se tinha garagem e podia usar, como usar a piscina… o comum nestes casos é haver pelo menos uma mensagem automática com isso tudo e nem isso. Também há regras diferentes para quem pode usar a piscina (no nosso caso tínhamos de pagar algumas utilidades por exemplo e não sabíamos porque não fomos informados). Tem ar condicionado no quarto o que é perfeito mas seria melhor ter também na sala/cozinha. Bate muito o sol no apartamento e mesmo baixando as persianas, fica muito calor.

Piscina. Para encontrar o apartamento foi uma confusão, depois disso correu tudo bem.

This was our first trip to Alvor and the accommodation couldn’t have been better. The apartment is privately owned and had everything anyone would need from a full size fridge, cooker with oven, washing machine, dish washer, toaster etc and a proper king size bed (not two joined). There was also a walk-in shower, air con in the bedroom & safe. The balcony overlooks a square with the Chill Out bar but we were never disturbed by any noise etc. the Dunas apartment complex is about 6 min walk from the town & lovely beach & boardwalk is about 8/10 mins max. The pool area is secure with a key card needed to enter this area & there is also a lovely garden area to lie under the trees if preferred. Also on site are another few bars, laundrette, restaurant, bakery and little shop for essentials Overall we had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back
