9.0Es war schön Kühl in der unteren Etage. Sauber und sehr Nette Vermieter die jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Sitzgelegenheit draußen mit Sonnenschirm war sehr schön. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem ein kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum von Barth.
− Es wurde schnell warm in der oberen Etage.

8.0Genug Platz, um länger zu bleiben. Mit eigenem "Hinterhof" wo man sitzen kann. Genug Betten für eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern.
− Kommunikation nach dem Urlaub war nicht möglich, wir hatten etwas vergessen, bekam jedoch auf meine Anfrage keine Antwort. Das war schade.

− Draußen steht den Gästen leider nur eine Sitzbankgruppe im Hofbereich zur Verfügung.
