Location was good, within walking distance to the beach (approx 10-15 mins). Host was lovely, he even exchanged some cash with us on arrival to pay the taxi driver. Room was small but adequate for a couple of nights.

− No a problem for us but just to note that stairs to get up to the rooms (2nd/3rd floor) could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

I enjoyed the time I have spent in this apartment.

Light broad room with the terrace. Quiet location, hiding you away from touristic chaos. There is a shop in 1 minute walk distance with adequate prices. This place is owned by a really good person and his family.

− I missed a washing machine. It would make this accommodation perfect.

Аппартаменты чистые, всё работает. Диана и Драгон очень отзывчивые, помогли нам с регистрацией, угостили холодным пивом. До пляжа 15 минут пешком. Аппартаменты находятся немного на горе, но подъём не крутой, достаточно комфортный. Внизу есть сетевой магазин Aroma, с достаточно лояльными ценами. В нём можно приобрести готовую еду, и свежую выпечку, но лучше это делать в первой половине дня, к вечеру всё раскупается и выбор становится небольшой. Посуды для готовки хватает, уборка и замена полотенец производится один раз в два дня. Машину можно запарковать по предварительной договоренности, если будут свободные места.

The hosts were really nice and responsive. Fixed everything when we told them about it. The location is good too. And the balcony is amazing! Beautiful view. Also private parking although for some fee. And pet-friendly!

− We didn't know the apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift. Not ideal for travellers with a lot of luggages. The kitchen is very small and not suitable for complex cooking. The shower is a little bit clogged and the bedsheets are not very comfortable.

As someone who has stayed in countless hotels, luxury properties, and private accommodations across four continents—from Japan and the United States to Mexico and throughout Europe—I rarely find myself genuinely surprised. However, the hosts at Apartments Mijović managed to do exactly that. On my final day, which also happened to be my 40th birthday, they surprised me with a birthday cake—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that I have never experienced before in all my years of travel. It speaks volumes about the level of hospitality and care they provide. I also noticed that the property has been actively maintained and improved since my previous stay, including the installation of new air-conditioning units and other visible upgrades. Everything was clean, functional, and well cared for. I was attending a business conference in Petrovac, and the location proved ideal. The secured parking alone is a major advantage, especially during the busy summer season in Budva, where parking can be challenging. Restaurants, cafés, beaches, and essential amenities are all within walking distance, while the property also offers excellent connectivity by car. I arrived from Žabljak and could easily reach any part of the Montenegrin coast. Considering the comfort, convenience, hospitality, and overall quality of the experience, the value for money is exceptional. After extensive travel and accommodation experience around the world, I can confidently say that Apartments Mijović deliver a level of warmth and professionalism that is increasingly rare to find. Highly recommended.
