9.0The renovated apartment is in the city's center, which is very interesting and clean. It has an hour prior to use on request sauna and seems like a jacuzzi in preparation. There is a parking space 15m from the building entrance.
− The apartment is a part of an old building, so the other parts are not that nice. In the winter period, some units of the building use burning as a source of energy for heating, and exhaust gases are not filtered and are released via chimneys, which can be sensed when standing on the balcony of the apartment. It may be me, but during the night, the fridge can be heard sometimes, and some appliance from a locked room. Which, if you have light sleep after some hours, can wake you up.

9.0The house is unique, from its location to the common areas (which seem run-down, but the neighbors were actually very kind!), to the layout and furnishings. We didn't use the sauna or hot tub, but the entire house was beautifully organized and pleasant. The location is very convenient for both exploring the city and using the car. The owner was available via text messages the entire time. Highly recommended!
− The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable for anyone other than one (not very tall) person, and even though an additional topper is provided, the extended part remains hard.
