8.0Poate parea descurajator la prima vedere un bloc de tip comunist dar o data ce ai intrat in apartament lucrurile sunt total diferite, dotarile sunt foarte ok, instalatiile inclusiv cele de incalzire, centrala cu calorifere dar si sobe teracota, le-am incercat pe ambele pentru ca am prins o noapte mai rece.ai tot ce iti trebuie ca sa te simti bine deci recomand mai ales ca raportul calitate pret e foarte bun.

9.0Very clean and well located. You can get anything you need in this apartment fridge tv oven toiletries soap hairdrier towels you name it. You can also get a nice view from the balcony.
− The price is a bit high and the outside of the apartment and the car park are not very well lit.
