9.0L'arredo moderno, il terrazzino con il verde intorno, la doccia, il soggiorno ben decorato e accogliente.
− Non mi è piaciuto la toilette separata dal bagno. Il condominio è un po' rumoroso. La porta d'ingresso è leggera. L'appartamento si trova praticamente nello scantinato, peró una volta dentro non ci se ne rende conto.
