The owner met us at the accommodation to show us around and explain things. We were able to contact her during the stay if had any queries which we did about 3 times and queries were answered immediately. The accommodation is over two floors, the lower floor centrally heated and upper floor (kitchen) has a separate radiator in it. The weather outside was unseasonably chilly/rainy but we were warm inside. There was very comprehensive cooking equipment, full oven and microwave and 5 burner gas hob, coffeemaker, toaster. The beds were comfortable, I found the memory foam pillow an bit hard but we found alternatives. The location was great for New Years Eve, overlooking Via Independenza and the strolling groups of musicians , then we went up the the terrace to watch the fireworks at midnight. There are loads of little food shops around and I can recommend Caffetteria Santos, not far away for breakfast croissant and coffee. Serapo beach was not far, but facilities were closed for winter. Nice to walk along anyway and on New Years Day some brave souls go in the water.

− There are two sets of stairs up to the apartment. I had to stop at the second level as I was out of breath, but that got better as the week progressed. Once in the apartment, only one flight to get up to the kitchen. It wasn't bad but you need to be aware , a person with limited mobility or shortness of breath might not cope

Boendet är rent och läget är fantastiskt Skönt med 2 badrum Älskade känslan av att bo mitt i smeten. Efter några dagar hade vi våra favorit ställen där de började känna igen oss. Älskar att prata med de lokala. Att hänga på den franska balkongen och lyssna på sorlet och byta några ord med grannen. Älskade det!

− Att man inte hade någon speciell utsikt från balkongerna Den översta använde vi aldrig då man var tvungen att ta ännu fler trappor upp och där fanns heller ingen direkt utsikt. Men det är ju bara och få ut och uppleva staden istället.

Great place for a family holiday

The flat was very well appointed - we are delighted to discover that it had a washing machine and dishwasher as they weren't mentioned in the blurb. The kitchen was furnished with everything that you needed, and was a great place to hang out. If it had been slightly warmer weather, then we would have spent more time on the balconies of the flat - one with a dining table and the other with a settee. Debora was very helpful when we arrived, explaining everything, and making sure we could get hold of her if we needed to ask anything.

− Stairs up to the flat, and within the flat from the bedrooms up to the kitchen and balcony were very steep - if you have trouble with stairs, it is not the place for you.
