10.0Расположение квартиры. Тихое место, много тени от деревьев. Удобная квартира. Недалеко магазины, станция и остановка метронита. Набережная недалеко. Можно без проблем выйти к морю.
− В качестве предложения для улучшения комфорта. Повесить держатель для туалетной бумаги и вешалку для полотенец в душе

10.0Everything was perfect: location of the apartment, interior, renovation status, cleaning, facilities, politeness of the owner, convenient balcony.. Highly recommend to everybody ! Much better than other places in this city for this cost
