8.0Great location - German Colony - very close to train station and all major attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, except for the cooking facility - only kettle and microvawe are available. Might be a bit noisy at mornings as small windows overlook the backyard of the shopping mall, where all the shipments/deliveries are made early. Not a big problem, though. Nice cafe with good coffee is just in front of the door. The owner is available 24/7 via whatsapp. Good place for a short stay in Haifa.

10.0The room is clean, and comfortable. The entry instructions were very good, as they provided a video. The cats provided outside for friendly greeting was a wonderful touch.
− There were no washcloths, and the lighting in the bathroom was absolutely atrocious for makeup.
