− The dryer and oven didn't work. Also one of the TV remotes were broke

7.0The property was well kept and secure. The pool was well maintained, and the views of the ocean and sunsets were fabulous. The property was very close to the beach and a few small restaurants. Grocery shopping was about a mile away, a short taxi drive. The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite, and their lovely receptionist, Edele, helped us arrange private transportation back to San Jose.
− We were shocked to find that the apartment had not been cleaned after the last occupants. Dishes unwashed, dirty towels, unmade beds, dirty floors, unemptied garbage, etc. The local staff could not assist us as the property was being managed by a vacation property manager. It took a long distance call to the vacation property call center to send a cleaning crew before we could access the unit. The dishwasher also did not work.
