Simplemente todo hermoso, tenia miedo de depositar el dinero y que nos quedaran mal, la verdad super confiable, muy amable, le agradezco disfrutamos un monton

Like: I enjoyed swimming laps in the pool and the ice maker in the fridge.

− } not hot water in second bathroom b) No water in one of the sinks in the principal bedroom c) No screens on door to patio in the bedroom and the screen on the door tp patio in the living room was falling apart. (I had to go the the ferreteria to buy tape to keep the screen on the door d) All the doors to the patio are falling apart and difficult to open or close. e) house was full of mosquitoes prompting us to buy insecticide and spray continously F) Upon arrival the whole apartment was covered with scaffolding. And during the week we had workers in and out of the terrace and looking into the apartment denying us of any privacy

What we loved about the condo: beachfront easy access to pool and beach Towels for the pool and beach patio area for lounging and relaxation Kitchen for preparing food Living room layout great for relaxing after a hard day of exploring Ron’s informational binder Location on the outskirts of town but still Walking distance to a few shops/soda Warm cozy feeling condo with high ceilings makes the condo feel more roomy washer & dryer included Good communication and easy to book property via PayPal though he encouraged a different platform (did charge an additional fee using PayPal which was fine with me and it was noted as an option when booking it through Booking.com The property that houses the condo is well maintained Reasonable rate for a beachfront property Good security and parking

− What we were not so keen on: Condo is in need of a good cleaning ( appliance surfaces had grime, floor was swept but not mopped in a long while, dishwasher was dirty/moldy inside with an undissolved dish soap pouch - we washed dishes by hand. Sponge for dishes was used.) Bathrooms : Shower drain in the master bathroom did not drain well - also removed hair from the drain and it wasn’t mine. Hot water in master bathroom scalding hot water- burned the top of my foot so have caution Only one faucet functioned and the other had no stopper The smaller bathroom NO HOT WATER - our son ended up using the master bathroom shower Bath towels are faded, worn and mildewy smelling Loud noise from laundry room 24/7 we thought it was the AC unit but when we turned off the AC the noise continued The flip side to having the condo in a beautifully well maintained property is maintenance and upkeep - we had the unfortunate timing when they needed to do work on a shared wall in the stairwell and on the second floor. Incredibly loud power tools banging and grinding that resonated through the walls and was not in line with our expectations for a calm and quiet vacation
