This was an excruciating experience I will NEVER repeat.
1.0I did not like anything about the experience. Seems no one actually knows what their role is. They send you from one unanswered email address to the next unanswered phone number. No one has taken any responsibility, you get conflicting information sometimes even from the same person from one day to the next. As part of the Paarl Tourism community and owner of two guesthouses in Paarl (est 1989). I will NEVER work with them again.
− I didn't like communicating with anyone at Zederberg corner. I have been treated very poorly and am at the point where I will just stop working with them altogether. There are many other reliable options, this was my very last reservation with them
