1.0− Cancelaron la reserva, nos hicieron esperar hasta las 12 pm y luego manifestaron que había un daño y que por eso no nos podíamos alojar.
Dejé una pijama y me la robaron
3.0Dejé una pijama nueva y hoy mismo la reclamé , me dijeron que estaba vieja cuando estaba nueva y según la aseadora de ese lugar la votó, las políticas de la plataforma deberían ser guardarla
− Me comuniqué para reclamar mi pijama y me dijeron que la habían votado , una grosería. Muy mal por el establecimiento . Solito a la plataforma me brinde una solución
