Все понравилось. Хорошее расположение. Чисто. Хозяин очень доброжелательный. Пентхаус с тремя санузлами, нашей семье было удобно. У всех была своя комната. Все работало. Вид на море великолепный. Не далеко магазины. Пляж рядом.

Great stay at the Mosaic Penthouse

The apartment is spacious, well located in Risan, very clean and with beautiful views out over Kotor Bay. Vojin was so helpful right from the outset and made himself available to meet us when we arrived (and when we left) and to provide lots of helpful recommendations.

− The pool area could do with a little bit of tlc. That said, it's a lovely sized pool, it was generally fairly quiet, and it was great to have on the hot days!

The host is incredibly friendly and supportive. He assisted us with our pre arrival, was polite and decent at all time. He responded within a very short period of time and ensured our arrival was smooth. In addition to that tour and transportation was organized by him as well. The Apartment is in a great location in a small village with great facilities and a quiet beach strip. The private parking ensured that our car would be standing in the condo. The rooms are spacious and the two balconies are offering the best view you can imagine. The kitchen is well equipped and a supermarket is in walking distance. We highly appreciated the welcome amenities that made our stay more comfortable. The washing machine allowed us to wash our clothes throughout our stay. The host paid a lot of attention to detail and to quality products. Which is outstanding! The pool area is within the condo and offers same as the beach a great place to relax. The accommodation is located approx. 30 mins. from Tivat Airport or 1,5hrs to Dubrovnik Airport. Unlike other areas Risan is still very calm and not crowded with tourists. We enjoyed our family trip a lot as there were 3 bedrooms over two floors. Everyone had enough privacy and the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly too. The host is very pet friendly. We absolutely enjoyed our trip and can only recommend this apartment.

The apartment is just amazing – very spacious and nicely decorated! The sea view you get waking up in the bedroom on the second floor is insane! The apartment was extra clean, and had everything we needed for the stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, had all the necessary plates, tableware, pans etc. There were pretty big wardrobes in the bedrooms that could fit all the clothes. Will definitely recommend to stay here, and hope to come back again!

This was maybe the best stay at private apartment we have ever had. Penthouse is amazing, very spacious with big and comfortable rooms, private parking and garage. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy, the linens towels, bathrooms everything was sparkling. The terrace area is very big and with amazing view overlooking the whole Risan Boka bay. Beds are very comfortable and the kids liked the beach so much. The wifi connection is exactly as the host promised with excellent speed and coverage throughout the apartment. The host was very welcoming and helped us with everything.
