Great place in a great location
10.0Great place in a good location. Very close to the beach and a market. The drive up was a short hill but doable. The outside garden area/common area was very cute and relaxing. The host was very hospitable me, met with us upon arrival, showed us the place and gave some tips on where to go. We hope to stay longer next time.
Beautiful views of Kotor Bay and a wonderful green terrace where we enjoyed spending our evenings.

6.0Море прямо через дорогу, апартаменты большие, гостиная в хорошем состоянии, современный кондиционер, есть стиральная машина, но мы ей не пользовались
− Главным разочарованием стало расположение. Специально отказались от варианта прямо у дороги и бронировали в глубине посёлка на горе, чтобы вечером с удовольствием посидеть на балконе, а получили апартаменты в полузаброшенном здании у самой дороги на Пераст (то есть буквально делаешь шаг от террасы и ты под колёсами) в полуподвальном помещении, в котором разумеется нет никакого балкона (он указан в описании номера наряду с террасой), но есть влажный воздух и холодный пол. Через порог санузла проходит муравьиная тропа, по которой они идут сплошным потоком, в спальне за кроватью и на стене под вешалкой сидели пауки-сенокосцы, другие насекомые гости тоже захаживают. Неудобное управление светом. Состояние санузла и спальни на 6/10. В "семейном люксе с видом на море" нет ни одного шкафа для вещей, вид на море тоже можете представить по прикрепленному фото. Ещё нас убедительно попросили включать водонагреватель только когда идём в душ (что весьма странно, так как нагреватель накопительный, а не проточный). Отказались делать регистрацию, сославшись на выходной, предложили самим ехать в Котор за этим, хотя в других местах хозяева всё делали онлайн
