− Los ruidos de los vecinos de los pisos superiores se escuchan muy fuertes, la recepción para recoger las llaves está muuuy lejos si vas a pie, falta un poco más de equipamiento en la cocina y renovar las que ya tienen

− Muchas cucarachas, no tiene horno y una vecina muy desagradable. No hay nada para cocinar en cuanto a aceite o un simple bote de sal.
