The room is great but the service is so so. Overall, it was great but not somewhere I'm wanna go back to
5.0The room itself is very nice and comfortable. The balcony is great addition to it and everything was great. HOWEVER, the staff are a bit so so. No support receive at all when we tried to call. We experienced a blackout for about an hour as well and they have no back up generators.
