A great little apartment in a ideal location for a short break.
9.0Location was perfect for a city break as we could easily walk everywhere. Even though it was really central it felt really safe as it was in a gated courtyard. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed, including shampoo, shower gel, etc. The owners were easy to communicate with and sent us useful information such as where the nearest bakeries and breakfast places were, also really clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Being able to leave our luggage after check out on the final morning was a really helpful bonus for us.
− Only one thing - which probably wouldn't be an issue for most people if you were out enjoying the city at night instead of sleeping! The live music in the bar behind the apartment was very loud which we enjoyed up until we wanted to go to sleep, then it became a bit of an annoyance, as even with the shutters and the windows shut, was still very loud. It only really bothered us on the last night as it seemed to be louder and go on later than the other evenings.

10.0Un petit cocon dans le quartier du plaka . Que du bonheur ! On espère revenir un jour en Grèce pour revenir ici !! Lits tops , état impec, extérieur, tout est prêt pour poser les valises et profiter !
C’était parfait pour notre famille de 4!
10.0Très bien situé à deux pas de l’Acropole et en plein cœur de Plaka. Le propriétaire est venu nous rencontrer le lendemain de notre arrivée. Il parle très bien français et est très gentil. L’appartement est très grand. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous retournons à Athènes.

It was lovely and we felt right at home.
10.0We loved the whole layout and feel of the Painter’s House. It was very comfortable and homely. Within a very short distance of restaurant and shops.
