10.0The apartment was very cosy and warm. All kitchen appliances are present, also the host have left us tea, capsules for the coffee machine and a fresh fruit bowl. The location is great - the city square and the main street are 5 minutes away on foot, also there is a supermarket 5 minutes away on a car and a great SPA location in the Grand Hotel Bansko
− The bathroom was a little bit cold, a heated towel rail would have been helpful. But overall it hasn't affected our stay.
The apartment was very clean, cozy, warm and comfortable. The hostess was friendly and helpful.
