It's a studio apartment so you are basically sleeping in your kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the apartment cheaply but adequately furnished. There is a small flat screen TV with a few free movie channels including Cinemax and HBO. There is also a single burner hot plate, rice cooker, frying pan, cooking pot and kettle. Sufficient kitchen utensils , cutlery and crockery to enable the preparation of simple meals. The apartment is within easy walking distance of several local stores and eateries and about 10 minute walk from a seven eleven. There is not much else in the area so transport would be a necessity if you wanted to venture further afield.

− There is a church and school located just across the road so be prepared to be awakened early mornings by church bells ringing ! And not just on Sundays. The school anthem seems to be the Birdie Song so you will be entertained by this blasting out at 0800 every morning. The air conditioner is located at floor level which means your feet will be freezing and your head boiling. The caretaker could use a few lessons in courtesy and customer service.

Comfortable and AC worked in the evening and nights. During the day, you’ll need a fan to remain cool. Otherwise, it gets warm.

− The only 2 issues I had was the internet was not always working. Sometimes you cannot even watch YouTube due to the internet speed. In addition, the bathroom is very small and does not have a sink. So, you’ll have to use the kitchen sink to shave or brush your teeth.

We have been to this place five times now and the care taker Tata does an outstanding service.

− We both noticed that the apartment had a leaking toilet which was happening every day and the water pressure was quite bad at times. We already knew about the air conditioner being close to the floor instead of a more normal height to cool the room. We both hope that improvements are made on these things as we have been regular guests there and appreciate paying good money for things when they are working well.
