2.0− Die Erfahrung in der Ferienwohnung war enttäuschend. Der Umgangston war unfreundlich und bevormundend. So etwas habe ich in 30 Jahren Reisen rund um die Welt noch nicht erlebt. Zudem entsprach die Wohnung nicht der Beschreibung. Gebucht hatten wir laut Beschreibung eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Sauna, Waschmaschine und mehr. Bekommen hätten wir nur ein Doppelzimmer und Sauna nur gegen Gebühr. Die Vermieterin hat alles dementiert, obwohl wir ihr die Buchungsdateils nochmals gezeigt. Die Sauna, die als inklusive angegeben wurde, kostete jedoch zusätzlich. Gnädigerweise haben wir ein zweites Zimmer bekommen. Neben fortlaufenden Bevormundungen wurde unter anderem der zweite Schlüssel einfach aus der Wohnung genommen, und uns nicht zurück gegeben. Das wasr sehr unpraktisch. Unabhängig von Preisniveau ist ein solches Verhalten vollkommen inakzeptabel! Insgesamt keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
