10.0Super Lage, ruhig und doch nicht weit bis in den wunderschönen Ortskern von Cochem. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat allen Ansprüchen vollkommen erfüllt
Sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage mit traumhaftem Blick.
9.0Die Lage ist traumhaft, in der Oberstadt von Cochem. Damit ist man entfernt vom Trubel der Touristenströme, die (meist von Kreuzfahrtschiffen kommend) die Altstadt fluten. Trotzdem sind die Altstadt und die Wanderwege gut zu erreichen. Außerdem hat man einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon oder den Fenstern auf die Reichburg, die Altstadt und das gegenüberliegende Ufer. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig.
− Trotz vorhandenem Platz gibt es kein Mobiliar um die Kleidung nach verregneten Tagen oder auch einmal das Badetuch vernünftig aufzuhängen.
