Вцілому можна перебути, ціна не завищена. Але фото на сайті не відповідає стану квартири зараз.
4.0Зручне розташування квартири: транспортна розв"язка, наявність інфраструктури, супермаркет та магазинчики поряд. 15-20 хвилин на трамваї від автовокзалу та залізничного вокзалу. Квартира тепла, колонка працює.
− У квартирі дуже брудна кухня, все у застарілих плямах жиру. Ванна брудна та заклеєна скотчем. Постальна білизна та рушники мають запах затхлості. Ліжко у дальній кімнаті не зручне, час змінити матрас.
