10.0L'emplacement est parfait pour les adeptes de surf. Grand appartement confortable et grand, très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. ( excellentes literies et vastes espaces) Au calme, facile pour se garer et rayonner soit a Baleal soit à Peniche. Spot de surf juste en face , juste la route à traverser. Plusieurs balcons, vue mer et résidence. Veuillez juste noter le 3ème étage sans ascenceur qui ne sera pas adapté pour certains. Ce ne fut pas un souci cependant pour nous.
