7.0Die Schlüsselübergabe ist durch die Schlüsselbox einfach gestaltet. Die Lage des Apartements ist klasse, man ist zügig in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus hatten wir auch mitgebucht. Die Einrichtung ist modern.
− 1. Das Bad stinkt. 2. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Im Waschbecken steckte im Belüftungsloch Toilettenpapier, die Spinnweben im Bad und über dem Bett hängen dort schon länger. Sehr zu wünschen übrig ließ auch der Wasserhahn am Spülbecken, dort hing sehr viel Dreck hinten am Perlator. Wasser haben wir von dort nicht benutzt. 3. Dem Zustellbett fehlten 2 Latten, unser 3 Jähriger ist mit der Matratze in der Lücke eingesackt. 4. Kann man wenig dran ändern, es ist sehr hellhörig. Ob nun die quietschende Eingangstür oder andere Leute, man hört alles. Auch die Nachbarskinder nachts um 2. 5. Das Apartement ist nicht barrierefrei. 3 oder 4 Treppenstufen am Eingang und etwas weiter hinten im Flur muss man einen schmalen Durchbruch mit weiteren Stufen überwinden. In die Dusche kommt man nur seitwärts.
Super Lage und Ausstattung mit Verbesserungspotenzial in puncto Sauberkeit.
7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend.
− Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, insbesondere die Staubfäden in den Ecken. Der Tisch ist sehr instabil.

8.0Volledig uitgerust appartement. Goed bed. Schoon. Vriendelijk contact (via mail). Op loopafstand van de binnenstad. Rustig. Afgesloten fietsenstalling.
