9.0Sehr schöne, hochwertig renovierte, ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung in einem alten Bauernhaus am Rande von Rottach-Egern. Mit Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten bis Ortsmitte. Wander- und Radwege direkt ab Haus. Sehr nette Vermieterin und Betreuung vor Ort.
− Große Menschen müssen auf Dachschräge und niedrige Balken achten.
Hervorragend geeignet, um runterzukommen
10.0Die Wohnung, die mit alten Holzbalken besticht, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist keine Nullachtfuffzehn- Ferienwohnung. Man merkt, dass die Besitzerin viel Liebe hineingesteckt hat. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Lage. Man hört nichts außer dem Rauschen der Weißach, vom Balkon aus geht der Blick in die Berge - hervorragend geeignet, um nach einer stressigen Zeit im Job runterzukommen.
