7.0Las vistas al rio son espectaculares, ver atardecer es una maravilla. Otro aspecto positivo de la vivienda es la amplitud, amplio salón, cocina amplia y bien equipada y tres dormitorios (aunque uno es bastante pequeño y no tiene armario si tiene cama amplia). Es también importante la buena conexión que tiene el piso con el metro y el Uber Boats, se encuentran justo abajo del edificio.
− El mantenimiento en algunos aspectos la vivienda que no están en buen estado, por ejemplo, la mampara del baño del dormitorio principal, las ventanas no abrían ni cerraban bien, desconchones en las paredes, la luminarias son algo deficientes etc. En general el apartamento está bien, pero en relación con lo pagado por la estancia, esperaba que esos detalles que afean la vivienda no estuvieran.
