− We were disappointed with this apartment. The décor felt dated and cheaply finished, particularly for a property in Soho. The biggest issue was a large bathroom wall panel falling off and breaking during our stay. Nobody in our family had touched or interfered with it. We heard a loud bang and found it on the floor, with the pipework and electrical components behind it visible. We were travelling with children, including our two-year-old son, so the possibility of someone being hit by the falling panel was particularly concerning. When we reported the incident, the host suggested we had caused the damage rather than addressing our concerns constructively. He later accused us of trying to avoid paying for it and asked us to leave “so no more damage is caused”. We strongly disputed those allegations and reported the incident and correspondence to Booking.com. Things can go wrong in any accommodation, but how a host responds matters. The handling of this incident made an already upsetting experience considerably worse. We would not return and would choose a Premier Inn over this property. Also on top of a very loud pub!

9.0The apartment is very centrally located and well-insulated from the noise of Soho. It is clean and features a modern bathroom and shower. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was straightforward. The beds were comfortable, though comfort is subjective. The kitchenware is in much better condition than in most other accommodations. This is a perfect apartment for couples and is also well-suited for four people.
