− Contact met de verhuurder is waardeloos. Je krijgt een sleutel die niet past waardoor je bij de buren moet aanbellen om binnen te komen.

10.0Heerlijk ruim appartement met schitterend groot balkon met waanzinnig uitzicht. Ik vergat mijn tas de laatste avond in een restaurant en vroeg de host om hulp. Zij was ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

5.0Leiligheten er ganske fin og godt utstyrt. Ganske sentral.
− Det var en krevende kommunikasjon rundt innsjekk. Lenkene som ble sendt inn via booking virker ikke, og vi fikk ikke svar på spørsmålene i appen. I stedet fikk vi tilsendt informasjon via WhatsApp og mail, men vi var skeptiske til å oppgi betalingsinformasjon til en person utenfor UK i WhatsApp. Vi stod derfor over en time utenfor leiligheten før vi fikk tilgang til å sjekke inn. Nøkkelen til leiligheten fikk vi ikke til å virke. Vi måtte derfor ringe på hver gang. Det var ok for oss, men hadde vært verre om vi kom hjem sent på kvelden. Sengene var litt harde og sovesofaen for kort til våre tenåringer. Ellers fin leilighet!

7.0Schlusseluebergabe war eigentlich problemlos. Eingangstuer wurede von einem Nachbarn geoeffnet., Wohnungstuer per Code, den ich vorab bekommen habe.
− Schluessel fuer die Eingangstuer, welcher in der Wohnung lag, hat nicjt gepasst und wurde trotzt mehrerer text messages und versuchten anrufen nie getauscht. Also habe ich immer wieder beim Nachbarn klingeln muessen. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war quasi nicht vorhanden
